An admin system that left teams blind to their own work, with no way for admins to ensure review quality across their team, and no clear next step for users navigating it.

The redesigned review system became one of the most actively used features on the platform, used daily by admins and reviewers across teams worldwide. The new tools gave admins visibility into their team's reviews for the first time, helping them ensure the quality of completed work, while non-admin reviewers gained more ownership over their own review quality, knowing their work was now visible to others and could be flaggled for issues.

During the process, I also identified and proposed two additions that weren't part of the original brief: an all-teams overview page, and a dedicated team detail page consolidating each team's actions and management. Both became core parts of the admin workflow.
