Most of my career has been spent as the sole or lead Product Designer in the room, closely working with engineers and PMs within product teams, and owning design end-to-end across complex B2B SaaS products used by over 100,000 people across multiple countries.
I've learned to move fast without cutting corners, to push back when it matters, and to document decisions and deliverables clearly.
A note on accessibility
Ever since I came in contact with Accessibility, I've built it into my design process and practice. It's an important basis of my work that I push for as to ensure the best UX for any kind of user.
More recently I've been exploring how AI tools change the research and design process, using Claude and Gemini to generate synthetic personas for early validation, integrating LLMs into my daily workflow, and designing products that are themselves AI-enhanced.
It's the part of the work I find most interesting right now.
